Abbas Institute of Modern Studies (AIMS) was affiliated with Virtual University of Pakistan in 2003. After getting status of Private Campus, Virtual University authorities also awarded Exam Centre status from the very start of the University. Because of excellent facilites, Virtual University test all their new software like exam softwares at our campus.

Extra curricular activities

 

We arrange function at our campus, Naat Competition, Trip (Muree, Damankho, Mangla Dam, Qila Rohtas, Khora Mines, Simly Dam, etc.

 

 

Sport Facilities

 

In last years we arrange Cricket Tournament at PU University Ground. In this tournament we include all PVCs from Lahore. All campuses participated and enjoyed a lot. In this event Virtual University also supported and gave launch to all participants.   

 

Table tennis facility is also available at our campus.

 

 

 

 

Lab Facilities

 

There are three fully equiped labs with P4 computers. All necessary software is installed on each PC. All necessary tools are available in each lab. Local network is based on Linux (Debian) based DSL facility. All the server rooms, computer labs are air conditioned and are backup by ups and generator of 75 KVA capacity.

As Principal’s of AIMS, It is my pleasure to welcome you to this great Institution established in 2003. Purpose build (Private Virtual Campus) and Exam Centre and  pioneer partner of Virtual University. 

It has been producing competent and well qualified human resources in Management and Computer Sciences. Over the years, the Institute has grown and established itself as a reputed Virtual University Campus all over the Pakistan with an uncompromised emphasis on quality education, excellence, discipline and innovation.

It is pertinent to add that most of our former graduates are holding important positions in national and international organizations. A large number of BS CS students are in software houses and getting good remuneration.

On joining AIMS, you will find yourself comfortably motivated, and enjoy its charming environment.
